About the South African Collectors’ Society (SACS)
A Member of The Association of British Philatelic Societies and the Philatelic Federation of Southern Africa.
SACS is an active Philatelic Society open to all collectors of the stamps, postal history, postcards and related ephemera of southern Africa. Our local and international members’ collecting interests range from the pre-adhesive colonial era through to the present day.
If you collect pre-Union material, including the Colonies, States and Protectorates of southern Africa, or more modern Union and Republic of South Africa and Homelands, as well as the neighboring territories of SWA / Namibia, the Rhodesias, Swaziland and the Portuguese colonies of Angola and Mozambique, you will feel at home in SACS among fellow, like-minded enthusiasts.
You can enjoy the benefits of SACS Membership for as little as £10 per year. All are welcome! Click here for details on how to join.
Below are photos of SACS meetings in Letchworth, home of the British Garden City movement. Meetings are held in an historic Arts and Crafts centre (inset).
