We are pleased to advise that nearly 40 people have already indicated they will be attending the weekend. Many of these will be staying over on the Saturday and enjoying the Saturday dinner. Some are also staying at the hotel on Friday 31st October. We already have offers of 6 first class displays covering various aspects of Southern Africa Philately. The event will start at 10.30am on Saturday with dinner at 7.00pm. The weekend concludes with smaller displays, on Sunday finishing about lunchtime.
On Saturday evening we will host a 3-course dinner at the hotel with the menu choices below. Should anyone have any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements, then please inform us on the e mail address below.
Further details will be announced nearer the time but, in the first instance, please note the date in your diaries. For those travelling from afar the hotel can offer accommodation on the Friday evening at the same rate and the Sunday evening if required.
